Overview:

When Binghamton refuses permission for McHale and The Crew to put on a big show, to raise funds for the local Orphanage, Parker uses his newly-acquired skill as a Hypnotist, to make The Captain more agreeable. But the scheme is complicated by the visit of a Senator from the Armed Services Committee.
