Kibalo Kidnapping - Mike Kibalo thought he had the perfect life when his wife, Ann, gave birth to their daughter, Samantha, in January of 1999. But shortly thereafter, Ann Kibalo began acting strangely, and now she has kidnapped Samantha and is on the run.
