Overview:

Dr. Ashok Sandhu's son-in-law Ramnish gets murdered. Dr. Sandu's daughter Rashi expresses her doubt on her husband's death. Rashi and Dr Sandhu reveals K.D.Pathak that they haven't killed Ramnish. The alarm clock was found near the dead body. Behind the clock Rashi's neighbour Jamal's name was printed who is Rashi's lover. How will K.D.Pathak prove Dr. Sandhu innocent? Who killed Ramnish? Jamal, Rashi, Mr.Dhingra or Dr Sandhu?
