Overview:

Al-Tamarji Fahim, the brother of Al-Ghafir Fazza, lies in front of his fiancée's family and claims that his brother is the mayor of the village of Mazarita. He also claims that he is a doctor who convinces Fazza both Johnny and Hadiya to impersonate the mayor when Fahim's fiancée and her father visit El Kebeer's house when El Kebeer returns home, he learns what happened, which angers him.
