Overview:

Denise Nurse is helping a couple who dream of escaping to Cornwall. Ideally they'd like a place with a sewing room and a garden which would attract local wildlife. Denise shows them some idyllic properties, some with amazing gardens, plus a very unusual mystery house. They have a budget of £450,000 but will they find what they are hoping for?
